Filter by sport and area. See each coach's photo, bio, credentials, location and price per hour before you ask.

Pick a slot and send a request
Choose one or more open times and add a note about your level. The coach gets it straight away.

Chat, then commit
Once the coach replies you chat in the app. Tap Commit now, pay a small deposit, and the slot is locked.

How much is the deposit?
A small part of the session price, shown on the booking screen before you pay. You pay the rest to your coach after the session.
What if the coach doesn't reply?
You haven't paid anything yet. Requests expire on their own and you can ask another coach.
Who books the court?
Your coach does. Coaches rent courts from venues on TRNR, so you just show up.
Which sports can I book?
Padel, tennis, football, fitness and swimming to start, with more as coaches join.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel at least 24 hours before the session and your deposit comes back. See our cancellation policy for the details.
